Join us as The Fantastical Character Company brings our friends at sea to Manassas Mall! Sunday November 10 at 1230pm in front of Billy Beez. This event will be “block party style” similar to our Galaxy Celebration. When Captain Carrie and her crew come to town, make way…for a super fun time! Dress up is encouraged. Everyone is encouraged to bring a small bag for your treasures. This event is FREE and open to the public.
